Journal of Location Based Services

After a long lay-off while I changed roles from Head of Department back to Research Professor, and some time off for the birth of my new baby son, it's time to resume blogging.

In the meantime I have become the Editor of the new publication Journal of Location Based Services. The aim of the journal is to publish a broad range of authoritative research on LBS across a wide range of disciplines, all with a common focus on the use of location technologies in mobile situations. I'm going to be blogging here on the issues raised in the journal in a kind of informal sidebar to the formal academic publication. Hope this works, and that you find this informative!
